AI should be fixed and heroes should use those skills one after another and not simultaneously. and if Anet fixes those skills, they should also make the heroes stop using them during combat.
your thoughts on that issue ?

1) I agree that they shouldn't both be used at once. That's obviously a waste.
2) I disagree that they shouldn't be used in combat. Moving more quickly is obviously better, FB grants health and Incoming halves damage.

Incoming hasn't done that since 11/12/2008 :-)

on a serious note though... AI needs to spam Incoming and Fall Back on recharge but do not activate if either of them are already active. for the (very few) situations where I have a hero actually running these, it would have been useful for the heroes to chain them properly. I doubt that this is high on Anet's priority list.

Normally, I mimic my heroes shouts and use them whenever their's end- so I don't have to rely solely on AI to chain my running speed.

Yes it's a shame heroes will waste "fallback" when "incoming" is in effect and vice versa. Usually I have a N/P with "fallback", and during a battle they dont seem to prioritize "fb" unless someone's is just tearing around trying to avoid the fight.

I don't think they should spam them perfectly when running. You should stop being lazy and disable and click...I ran 24 disabled skills in hero battles. But anyways if heroes use fallback at the same time then I think that should be fixed to where it doesn't happen and I believe that it's linked to UA in the sense that heroes will sometimes both use and waste their UA on one person.

Edit: oh did you mean that instead of both heroes using fallback, it might use fallback and then incoming when fall back is already up? In that case I believe it should be fixed cause it is a waste.

No, he means one Hero AI using Fallback and Incomming at the same time resulting in a wasted skill. It would be good for the AI to use one skill first, wait till the effects have worn off and then use the other skill.

Everyone knows you can micromanage them... but thats not really the point of bringing a Hero with in PvE mostly, apart from some specific builds which need to be micromanaged so that skills get the best effect if cast in the correct order.

Incoming should be used by heros when in battle or moving. Fallback should probably be used in battle as well, even though its not as effective. They should also make so they do not stack on top of charge if they are going to fix it.

I'm all for improved hero AI. I'm also all for improved Monster/Foe AI.

Micro Incoming and FB is not difficult. Just disable one and keep that hero bar open.

But if you're that lazy, then yes they should fix that.

These can be micro'd but that is not the point.
Do you have to tell your healers to heal, or tell your necromancer to raise minions, or tell the rit to cast splinter weapon? no, they do it on their own.
bad AI should be fixed, case closed.

yes but the IMS component does not stack, and that is the primary function of the skill... to increase everyone's movement speed. so if you have to make a choice i think the correct one is that the AI should never overlap these shouts. In the rare case that you do want overlap to double your healing then you can click an button and do it.

incidently the same logic should apply to all (almost?) all shouts and anthems. The AI will use shouts/chants like Anthem of Flame, Defensive Anthem, Stand Your Ground, Go For The Eyes, etc. even if they are already active. In most cases I would think that it would be more beneficial to chain these consecutively and prevent them from being activated if they would overlap.

Yeah it does suck and is very annoying,

but one good thing about it is, that with 2 IMS buffs active the agro from mobs drops right off, they won't follow you at all.
